These Terms govern your use of BLK VA (the "Service") at blackva.org, operated by 1st Priority Management LLC, a Richmond, Virginia company. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

BLK VA is a directory connecting customers with Black-owned businesses in Central Virginia. Customers can discover businesses, place orders and booking requests, leave reviews, and message businesses. Businesses can manage a listing, receive and respond to orders, and post offers.

Orders, bookings & payment

Orders and bookings placed through BLK VA are requests sent to the business. The business confirms and fulfills them directly.
Unless stated otherwise, payment is made directly to the business at the time of service. BLK VA does not process customer payments.
BLK VA is not a party to the transaction between a customer and a business and is not responsible for the goods or services provided.

Business listings & fees

Basic listings are free. Paid promotional tiers (Boost, Featured, Premier) are billed as described at signup.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, menu, hours, and offers.

Text messages

By providing a mobile number and opting in, a business consents to receive SMS order alerts and account notifications from BLK VA. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

Do not post false, unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, including fake reviews.
Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
BLK VA may remove content or listings that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, BLK VA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for dealings between customers and businesses.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
